NachuRa uses fresh cream and butter from Hokkaido. Dairy farming is thriving, and with regard to raw milk, Hokkaido, which holds more than 50% of the market share, produces high-quality dairy products thanks to its wide pastures and stable climate.
Among them, Tokachi, centered on Obihiro, has the largest share of dairy farming in Hokkaido, and the dairy products nurtured by the great nature of Tokachi are characterized by rich taste and richness.
By using dairy products made from this bountiful land, we create sweets that are light and have no off-flavours.
